Par 4 Stroke 1 is a severe downleg left which the longer hitters can attempt to clear leaving them with a short iron in. The conventional tee shot to the corner of the dogleg still leaves one anything between 170 and 190 metres to the middle of the green, this yardage is further compounded by the fact that the shot is slightly uphill and into the prevailing wind. Missing this green anywhere but short leaves extremely difficult chip shots.
