Situated high up in the heart of Krugersdorp you will find one of the most challenging 18 hole layouts on the Highveld.

On a clear day, the view from the 5 th tee, looking over the Magalies mountain range is breathtaking. This tree lined course, known for it's firm fast (bent) grass greens is a challenge for all handicap golfers. More than 300 trees have been replaced in the area since 2002 and new irrigation systems and bunkers have been added.

Members achievements

Ruan achieved the following:

  • He was selected to represent Central Gauteng at the Premier Interprovincial Tournament IN Bloemfontein.
  • Ruan was selected for South Africa to play in the Four Nations tournament against New Zeeland, Australia and Argentina in New Zeeland in October.
  • Ruan was selected to represent South Africa at the Spirit International in Texas in November. The top 20 countries in the world send their two best players to this tournament.
  • Ruan was also invited to play in the 2011 SA Open at Serengeti as a amateur.

Well done to Calvin Caldeira and Darin de Smidt for their selection to represent Central Gauteng Juniors vs Gauteng North, Eastern Gauteng and Mpumalanga later this month.
